Our “extra-effort” approach to the way we develop these relationships translates to a mutual understanding and trust with our partners.
This section of our website reflects our primary corporate governance documents, including the policies, charters, and guidelines that our Board and its committees follow in their oversight and governance roles. The principle philosophy we follow as a Company is embodied in our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. This Code is proactively communicated to all employees of WESCO annually. All employees are required to follow the Code and management personnel must affirmatively acknowledge their compliance in writing each year.
